Managing Partner
Background: A self-starter and a successful business owner for the past 13 years, Mr. Zora has started, operated, and managed all types of businesses, employees, and responsibilites. With a family culture revolving around business and entrepreneurship, Mr. Zora has owned and sold residential and commercial property throughout the U.S. His experience entails sales, management, residential and commercial financing, and even private investor lending.
Philosophy: Obstacles are those little things you see on the side of the road when you take your eye off the ultimate goal.

Cyrus Khadivi
Managing Partner
Background: With 8 years of combined educational and real-world experience, Mr. Khadivi brings to the table a Pre-Law degree, with an emphasis on Psychology and Finance, from the top 20 nationally ranked University of California Irvine. Mr. Khadivi's thorough understanding of economics, finance, and underwriting has enabled him to be a managing partner of Freedom Lending, as well as perform tasks such as management, legal review, and preliminary underwriting.

James Courtney
Real Estate Division
Background: With over 20 years of experience in real estate, finance, and lending, Mr. Courtney has founded and managed numerous companies prior to joining Freedom Lending. Mr. Courtney's expertise includes residential lending, commercial lending, as well as residential and commercial real estate planning. Mr. Courtney is currently in the process of attaining his securities license in order to add a financial mentorship element for our clients.
Philosophy: A good advisor is just as important as the investment itself.

Rafik Issabeigi
Operations Manager
Background: A graduate of University of San Diego, Mr. Issabeigi has acquired and fully implemented the underpinnings of finance and lending into his daily routine as manager. Overseeing operations, Mr. Issabeigi has the ability to combine the intangible uncertainties of institutional lending with a dramatic ability to execute on a managerial standpoint, as well as a personal and B2B level for clients on all levels, including commercial investors, residential homeowners, and the management staff at Freedom Lending.
